Silver Tree Residential (STR) is the sole property management agent for properties owned by Housing Preservation, Inc.  Housing Preservation, Inc. desired a separate brand identity for their property management division, and created STR.  STR provides exceptional property management service for residents in thousands of senior and family apartment homes throughout the country. DesignLove created a logo that portrays a sense of welcome and community that appeals to STR’s senior audience. Collateral items included business cards and letterhead. 

DesignLove also creates the printed mailer campaigns and e-newsletters for both STR and Housing Preservation, Inc.
